March and April are Sarasota's two busiest months, back to back: the Orioles at Ed Smith Stadium from late February, the Film Festival in April, and the last weeks of season when the keys are still full. This is what gets booked for them, what goes first, and when to reserve so the car you want is still there.
What books first in March and April
For the festival, the Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder at $1,200: downtown Sarasota on a festival evening is the one time a year the car is in its natural habitat, outside the Opera House and the restaurants on Main Street. The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 chauffeured is the arrival for the galas. For spring training, the Corvette C8 at $399 and the 911 Targa at $799, the cars for a game in the afternoon and Siesta Key after. The Urus and the G63 go to families and groups in town for both.
Ed Smith Stadium and the Film Festival
Ed Smith Stadium is on 12th Street, ten minutes from downtown and fifteen from SRQ, with paved lots that fill an hour before first pitch. The Film Festival runs across the downtown venues, the Opera House, the Regal Hollywood and the Burns Court cinema, where the valets and the garages on Main Street take the cars; for the evening events we stage the car at the venue and collect it after. Both fit in one trip: the game at one, the keys at four, the festival at eight.

When to reserve

A refundable security hold is placed on the card at handover and released after the car is returned and inspected; the figure depends on the car and is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
