Terms of service

1. General Agreement

By renting a vehicle from Royal International Cars (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“Renter” or “You”) agrees to all terms stated herein. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, termination of rental, and/or legal action.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum rental age is 21 years old.

  • A valid driver’s license is required.

  • A major credit card is required for the rental and security deposit.

  • International renters must provide a valid passport and foreign driver’s license that meets U.S. driving regulations.

3. Security Deposit Policy

  • A mandatory $1,000 security deposit is required for every vehicle rental.

  • Royal International Cars reserves the full right to retain part or all of the deposit for:

    • Any damage to the vehicle (interior, exterior, mechanical, cosmetic).

    • Excessive wear or misuse.

    • Cleaning fees due to smoke, spills, stains, odors, pets, or negligence.

    • Late returns or unauthorized mileage.

    • Violations of driving rules, including but not limited to speeding, reckless driving, or aggressive acceleration.

    • Any breach of these Terms of Service.

  • Deposit returns typically take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We are not liable for banking delays.

4. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of rental, full deposit loss, and additional charges:

4.1 Speeding and Aggressive Driving

  • Speeding is strictly prohibited.

  • Burnouts, drifting, racing, launches, hard acceleration, sudden braking, or any stunt-like driving is strictly forbidden.

4.2 Unauthorized Activities

  • Off-roading, track use, drag strips, or participating in any motorsport events.

  • Transporting illegal items or substances.

  • Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

  • Using the vehicle for commercial ridesharing, delivery, or towing.

5. GPS Tracking & Monitoring

All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices, telematics systems, and performance monitoring tools.
These systems collect data on:

  • Speed

  • Location

  • Acceleration and braking behavior

  • Engine performance

  • Unauthorized movement or towing

By renting our vehicles, you consent to continuous monitoring for the purpose of asset protection, safety, and enforcement of these Terms.

6. Insurance Requirements

  • Renter must provide proof of active auto insurance.

  • If your insurance policy does not cover exotic vehicles, you may be required to purchase supplemental coverage through your credit card provider or a third-party insurer.

  • Failure to maintain valid insurance at all times will result in rental termination and deposit forfeiture.

7. Fuel, Mileage & Return Conditions

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.

  • Mileage limits apply; excess mileage will incur additional fees.

  • Vehicle must be returned in the same condition received.

8. Damage Responsibility

Renter is fully responsible for:

  • All physical, mechanical, or cosmetic damage.

  • Tire, rim, glass, and undercarriage damage.

  • Interior damage including stains, tears, odors, or spills.

  • Costs exceeding the deposit may be charged to the Renter’s credit card on file.

9. No Refund Policy

All bookings, deposits, reservation fees, and rental charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Late Returns & Extensions

  • Late returns will incur hourly fees.

  • Unauthorized extensions will result in additional charges and may be reported as vehicle misuse.

11. Legal Compliance

Renter agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
Any citations, tolls, or violations incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the Renter.

12. Liability Waiver

Royal International Cars is not liable for personal injuries, lost property, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the rental vehicle.

13. Termination Rights

Royal International Cars may terminate any rental immediately if the Renter violates these Terms.
Upon termination, the vehicle must be returned immediately, and the deposit may be retained.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued rental or use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

15. Acknowledgment

By renting a vehicle from Royal International Cars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated above.
