No Refund Policy

All rental payments are non-refundable at Royal International Cars. Once a reservation is completed, the rental fee cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited toward a future booking.

The only refundable amount is the required security deposit, which is returned in full provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was delivered—clean, undamaged, and free of any violations or excessive wear. Any damages, late fees, cleaning fees, tolls, or policy violations may be deducted from the security deposit as outlined in the rental agreement.

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
