How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Porsche 911 in Orlando? 2026 Prices

|Royal International Cars

Renting a Porsche 911 costs $799 to $1,039 a day for a 911 GT3 or a 911 Targa 4S, depending on the city, with insurance, delivery and a mileage allowance included. Rent for three days or more and the daily rate drops about 15%; a full week takes off close to 30%. Below is the breakdown by city, what moves the price, and what the rate actually covers.

Porsche 911 Rental Price by City — 2026

City Per day 3+ days (per day) Per week
Orlando, FL $799 ~$679 ~$3,915
Tampa Bay, FL $799 ~$679 ~$3,915
Dallas, TX $1,039 ~$883 ~$5,091
Austin, TX $1,039 ~$883 ~$5,091

Rates apply to both the Porsche 911 GT3 and the Porsche 911 Targa 4S. Texas rates run higher because the fleet there is smaller and demand is concentrated around Cowboys weekends, SXSW and the Formula 1 weekend at COTA.

What the Daily Rate Includes

  • Delivery and collection — to your hotel, home or office, and curbside at the airport (MCO, TPA, DFW, DAL, AUS) with your flight tracked. No airport surcharge.
  • Comprehensive insurance on the vehicle, plus roadside assistance.
  • A daily mileage allowance, with extra miles quoted up front if you tell us the route when booking.
  • A handover walkthrough — about ten minutes on the drive modes, the PDK paddles, launch control on the GT3 and the roof mechanism on the Targa.

Not included: fuel, tolls, and the refundable security hold. There is no "concession recovery fee", no counter and no shuttle.

What Raises or Lowers the Price

Rental length

This is the biggest lever by far. One or two days is the headline rate. Three days takes about 15% off the daily price, a week close to 30%. If your plans are flexible, extending from two days to three often costs almost nothing extra.

Season

In Orlando the peak is spring break, Thanksgiving week, Christmas through New Year, and any weekend with a major convention. In Tampa Bay it is Gasparilla in January and the spring beach season. In Austin the two spikes are SXSW in March and the F1 weekend at Circuit of the Americas in October. Booking two to six weeks ahead protects both the car and the rate.

GT3 or Targa

Same price, different car. If you want the drive — the 9,000-rpm flat-six, the razor-quick PDK, the wing — take the GT3. If you want the roof off along A1A, Bayshore Boulevard or the Hill Country, and a second seat that a passenger will actually enjoy, take the Targa.

Delivery distance

Delivery inside the metro area is included. A long run outside it — say Orlando to Miami, or Dallas to Austin — is quoted separately.

Porsche 911 vs Other Sports Car Rentals

Vehicle From (per day) Best for
Porsche 911 GT3 $799 The purest driver's car in the fleet; track-day pedigree
Corvette C8 $399 Mid-engine looks at the lowest price; the most-rented sports car
McLaren 570S $1,195 Supercar doors and drama for a step up in budget
Ferrari Roma $1,195 Grand touring with the badge everyone recognises
Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder — Blu Cepheus $1,200 V10 noise and the widest head-turn radius

If the point is how the car drives, the GT3 wins at any price in this table. If the point is how it photographs, the Huracán and the McLaren do more for the money; if it is value, the Corvette C8 is half the price for most of the experience.

What You Actually Get: Porsche 911 GT3 and 911 Targa 4S

Porsche 911 GT3 (992)

A 502-hp 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six that revs to 9,000 rpm, seven-speed PDK, rear-wheel drive, double-wishbone front suspension borrowed from the 911 RSR race car and the swan-neck rear wing. Zero to 60 in about 3.2 seconds. Two seats, a front trunk, and an exhaust note nothing else in the fleet makes. See the full specification on the 911 GT3 rental page, or read our GT3 rental guide.

Porsche 911 Targa 4S (992)

A 443-hp twin-turbo flat-six, all-wheel drive, the eight-speed PDK, and the signature roll-hoop with the glass rear that folds away in about 19 seconds. It is the 911 for two people, a weekend bag and a coastline. Details on the 911 Targa rental page; if you are torn, the GT3 vs Targa comparison settles it.

Porsche 911 Rental at MCO Airport, Disney World and Universal

We deliver both 911s curbside at Orlando International Airport (MCO) with your flight tracked, and to every Walt Disney World and Universal resort, at no extra charge. The GT3 is the car people book to drive to Daytona or across to the Gulf coast for a day; the Targa is the one for the resort week and the A1A coast road. For a Tampa Bay trip the same applies at TPA; see Porsche rental Tampa.

How to Book, and What It Costs to Hold the Car

Send your dates, the city and the model you want. We confirm availability the same day, usually within two hours. No payment is taken to check availability. On confirmation there is a refundable security hold of typically $2,500 to $5,000 depending on the car on the card used for the booking, released after the car is returned and inspected. Most 911 bookings are made one to four weeks ahead; for a specific car on a specific weekend, book as early as you can, because there is one GT3 and one Targa per market.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to rent a Porsche 911 for a day?

A Porsche 911 GT3 or 911 Targa rents for $799 a day in Orlando and Tampa Bay and $1,039 a day in Dallas and Austin. That is the all-in daily rate: it includes delivery, a mileage allowance and comprehensive insurance, with no airport fee.

Is the Porsche 911 GT3 the same price as the 911 Targa?

Yes. In each city both 911s are priced the same, so the choice is about the drive, not the money: the GT3 is the track-bred car with the naturally aspirated flat-six and the rear wing; the Targa 4S is the open-top all-wheel-drive grand tourer.

Does the Porsche rental get cheaper for more days?

Yes. Three days or more takes roughly 15% off the daily rate and a full week around 30%. On a seven-day rental in Orlando that is about $1,678 saved against the daily price.

What do I need to rent a Porsche 911?

A valid driver's licence, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to high-value vehicles, and a major credit card in your own name. Minimum age is 21. International licences are accepted with a passport.

What is the security deposit on a Porsche 911 rental?

The refundable hold is typically between $2,500 and $5,000 depending on the car, placed on the card used for the booking and released after the car is returned and inspected. We confirm the exact amount before you pay anything.

Can I rent a Porsche 911 at Orlando airport?

Yes. We deliver curbside at MCO, track your flight, and meet you at arrivals. There is no airport surcharge and no counter; the daily rate is the same as delivery to a hotel.
