Exotic & Luxury Car Rental in Austin, Texas

Royal International Cars serves Austin as a delivery-first exotic car rental company. There is no rental counter, no shuttle and no lot to drive to. You tell us where you are — a hotel downtown, a house in Westlake, a terminal at Austin–Bergstrom — and we bring the car to you, walk you through it and hand you the keys. When you are done, we collect it from wherever you are.

Austin is a driving city in a way most American cities are not. Within forty minutes of downtown you are in the Texas Hill Country, on roads that were built for exactly the kind of car we rent. That is the difference between renting a supercar here and renting one in a city where you will spend the weekend in traffic: in Austin, the car actually gets used.

Where we deliver across Austin

Our Austin service area covers the city and the surrounding Hill Country. Deliveries run to Downtown Austin, South Congress (SoCo), Rainey Street, East Austin, Zilker, Tarrytown, Westlake Hills, Rollingwood and Barton Creek, out through Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs and San Marcos.

We deliver curbside to Austin–Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). We track your inbound flight, so the car is waiting when you clear the terminal instead of after a shuttle ride to an off-airport facility. Late arrivals and pre-dawn departures are routine for us.

The Hill Country drives that justify the car

This is the real argument for renting something fast in Austin. The Devil’s Backbone (Ranch Road 32) runs a ridgeline between Wimberley and Blanco with some of the best sightlines in Texas. Ranch Road 165 and Ranch Road 337 through Medina and Vanderpool form the core of the so-called Texas Three Sisters — a loop that riders and drivers come from other states to run. Closer in, Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) gives you the Pennybacker Bridge overlook ten minutes from downtown, and Ranch Road 2222 into Ranch Road 620 is the quick evening route along Lake Travis. Head west and Willow City Loop near Fredericksburg is the spring wildflower drive, best in a convertible.

Events we get booked for in Austin

Austin’s calendar drives demand harder than almost anywhere we operate. The Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas is the single biggest week of the year for exotic rentals in Texas, and it books out months ahead. South by Southwest fills March with executive and production bookings. Austin City Limits takes two October weekends. University of Texas home football games fill autumn Saturdays, and graduation weekends fill May. Alongside that runs the steady year-round business: weddings, anniversaries, proposals, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, music videos and brand shoots.

If your dates fall on F1 weekend or SXSW, book as far ahead as you can. Those are the two weeks when availability across the entire Texas market disappears.

What you need to rent in Austin

You must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s licence and a major credit card in your own name. We carry commercial insurance on every vehicle, and a refundable security deposit is held for the rental period and released after the car is returned and inspected. Mileage allowances, delivery radius and deposit amounts vary by vehicle. For exact numbers on your dates, call or text 813-921-6973.

The fleet available for Austin bookings

Royal International Cars runs Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Chevrolet Corvette, BMW M, Mercedes-AMG, Porsche and Cadillac Escalade. Availability in Austin is confirmed per date rather than listed as a standing lot, because vehicles are scheduled against real bookings across our service areas. Tell us your dates and the car you want, and we will confirm what we can put in front of you.

Our guides cover what these cars cost and how they compare:

Frequently asked questions about renting an exotic car in Austin

Do you deliver to Austin–Bergstrom airport?

Yes. We deliver curbside to AUS and track your inbound flight, so a delay does not cost you the delivery slot. There is no counter and no shuttle.

How old do you have to be to rent an exotic car in Austin?

You must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s licence and a credit card in your own name. That is our standard in every market we serve.

Can I rent a supercar for F1 weekend at Circuit of the Americas?

Yes, and it is our busiest week in Texas. Book as early as you can — the entire regional market sells out for the United States Grand Prix, and last-minute requests are usually impossible to fill at any price.

Can I take the car into the Hill Country?

Yes — it is the main reason people rent here. Tell us your route when you book so we can set an appropriate mileage allowance up front rather than surprising you with overage charges afterwards.

Do you rent to Austin residents as well as visitors?

Yes. Around half of our enquiries in any market come from residents booking for a weekend, an anniversary or an event. Delivery to your home or office works exactly like airport delivery.

How far in advance should I book?

For F1 weekend, SXSW, ACL and UT home games, as far ahead as possible. For ordinary weekends, one to two weeks is usually comfortable. Midweek requests can often be filled same day.
