Exotic Car Rental at DFW Airport: How Curbside Delivery Works

Rolls-Royce Cullinan delivered curbside at DFW International Airport

The standard airport rental experience at DFW involves a train to a rental centre, a queue, and a car you have not seen until you are standing next to it. Curbside delivery removes all three steps. Here is exactly how it works and what to expect.

How it works

Before you fly. You book a specific vehicle for specific dates and give us your flight number. That flight number matters — it is how we know when to be there.

While you are in the air. We track the flight. If you are delayed two hours, the delivery moves two hours. You do not lose the car and you are not charged for the gap.

When you land. You text us at baggage claim. We confirm the pickup point — a specific terminal and a specific door, arranged in advance. The car is there when you walk out.

The handover. Licence check, a walkthrough of the car, and the keys. Most handovers take under ten minutes. Then you drive away from the terminal instead of toward a rental facility.

DFW and Love Field

We cover both. Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) has five terminals, so the exact door matters and we confirm it in advance rather than leaving you to find us. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is smaller and simpler, and popular with our Southwest and private-aviation clients.

Late arrivals and pre-dawn departures are routine. A 1am landing is not a problem; tell us when you book.

What to bring

  • A valid driver’s licence — the physical card, not a photo of it
  • A major credit card in your own name, for the refundable deposit
  • You must be 21 or older

International licences are generally fine; tell us in advance so we can confirm before you fly rather than at the curb.

Returning the car

The reverse of delivery. We collect from wherever you are — your hotel, an office, or the terminal on your departure day. If your flight is early, we will meet you early.

One piece of practical advice

Book the car before you book the flight if your dates are on a peak weekend. Cowboys home games and the State Fair of Texas tighten availability across the whole metroplex, and the specific car you want is the first thing to go.

Rates are in the Dallas luxury car rental cost guide, and if you are considering a BMW M for a business trip, the M3 and M4 guide covers that. For the full service area, see the Dallas exotic and luxury car rental page.
