Why this corner of the metroplex
Three things bring people here. Corporate travel, because a lot of companies put visitors in Grapevine rather than downtown; those are weekday bookings, usually a BMW M, a Porsche or the Maybach with a driver. Weddings and events, particularly at the Gaylord Texan and around Southlake Town Square; a chauffeured Cullinan or Maybach for the arrival, a convertible for the couple. And Cowboys weekends, since AT&T Stadium in Arlington is twenty minutes south; for a game day we deliver the morning of and collect the next day.
For weddings and executive transport the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is the usual request. For everything else it tends to be the BMW M4 or the Corvette C8.
DFW is the point
Both Grapevine and Southlake are within about fifteen minutes of DFW International. We stage the car at your terminal, track your inbound flight so a delay does not cost you the slot, and meet you at arrivals with the paperwork, which takes about ten minutes. Dallas Love Field is about twenty-five minutes away and works the same way. There is no airport concession fee on our rates because we are not in the rental car center. Delivery, a daily mileage allowance and comprehensive insurance are included; the Cullinan and the Maybach are also available chauffeured, priced by the hour with a three-hour minimum. Three days or more takes about 15% off the daily rate and a full week close to 30%.

Grapevine: Main Street and the historic district, the Gaylord Texan, Great Wolf Lodge, Hotel Vin, the lake houses along Grapevine Lake. Southlake: Southlake Town Square and its hotels, Timarron, Carroll. And the towns around them: Colleyville, Keller, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Westlake, Flower Mound and Coppell. All of it is inside our standard delivery area, and the return can be to a different address: the hotel on the way in, the terminal on the way out.
Weddings at the Gaylord Texan
The Gaylord is the biggest wedding venue in the north metroplex and the reason the Cullinan spends most spring and autumn Saturdays in Grapevine. For a wedding we bring the car detailed and staged at the time you give us, wait through the photographs if you have booked a chauffeur, and collect it afterwards, so nobody handles logistics on the day. A convertible for the couple, a Huracán EVO Spyder or a Corvette C8 with the roof off for the drive between ceremony and reception, and a Maybach for the parents, are priced together as one booking. Book as early as you have the date: there is one Cullinan in the Texas market.

You must be 21 or older with a valid driver's licence, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to a vehicle of this value, and a major credit card in your own name. International licences are accepted with a passport. A refundable security hold, scaled to the car, is placed on your card at handover and released after the return inspection; we confirm the figure in writing before you pay anything.
