The historic district is narrow and the garages are tight; the Visitor Center garage and the hotel valets take the sports cars, and we tell you which streets to avoid in a wide car. The drives are the point: A1A north through Vilano Beach to Ponte Vedra, A1A south down Anastasia Island past the lighthouse to Crescent Beach and Marineland, and the loop inland on 13 along the river. 21 or older (25 for the Lamborghinis, the Ferraris, the McLaren and the Rolls-Royce), a valid driver’s licence, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to a vehicle of this value and a major credit card in your own name. International licences are accepted with a passport. The deposit is a refundable hold on the card, taken before delivery and released after the return inspection; the amount depends on the car and is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
