Who drives: the rule that matters
We are clear about this before anything else: the renter and every driver must be 21 or older, and 25 for the Lamborghinis, the Ferraris, the McLaren and the Rolls-Royce, with a license, full-coverage insurance and a credit card in their name. Students do not drive. In practice, prom in Dallas works with a parent at the wheel and the couple or the group in the back, which is also how the photographs look best: the doors open, the dress, the car behind them.
The cars families book for prom
The group of six or seven: the 2026 Cadillac Escalade ($649 a day) or the 2023 Escalade ($459), three rows and room for the dresses. The couple, the photograph: the Rolls-Royce Cullinan ($1,499), the closest thing to a red carpet in a driveway. The statement: the Lamborghini Urus ($1,429), which seats four, so a parent drives and three ride. The sensible choice that still photographs well: the Mercedes GLE 53 ($459), the Mercedes C300 ($299) or a white Corvette C8 ($519) for two.

How the evening works
We deliver to the house about an hour before the photographs, do the walk-around with the parent who will drive, and leave. The photographs happen in the driveway or at the spot the families have agreed on: Klyde Warren Park, the Dallas Arboretum, Highland Park Village, the Frisco and Plano town squares and the courthouse squares in McKinney and Denton are the usual ones. The parent drives to dinner and to the venue, comes back for the pick-up at the end, and the car stays at the house overnight. We collect it the next morning. If the venue is far, at a Fort Worth hotel or one of the Grapevine resorts, the same applies, inside the same rate.
Graduation
Graduation is the other weekend we see the same families. The ceremony days at the big arenas and stadiums around the Metroplex are long and the parking is slow, so the Escalade with the grandparents in the second row is the practical choice; the Cullinan or a Spyder is the one for the dinner afterwards. College graduations at SMU, TCU and UT Dallas bring families from out of town: we meet them at DFW or Love Field with the car and they keep it for the weekend.
Booking early
Dallas proms cluster on a handful of Saturdays in April and May, and the Escalades and the Cullinan are the first cars to go. Ask two to four weeks ahead with the date; a quote costs nothing and the reservation is confirmed by phone. If two families are sharing a car, one adult rents and is the main driver, and the other can be added as a second driver at handover.
What the daily rate includes
Delivery and collection anywhere in Dallas–Fort Worth, including the curb at DFW and Love Field with the flight tracked; insurance on the vehicle; roadside assistance for the whole rental; a daily mileage allowance; and a clean, fueled car with a ten-minute walk-around and photographs at handover. Three days or more take about 15% off the daily rate and a full week close to 30%. Not included: fuel, tolls on the Tollway and the TEXpress lanes, and the refundable security hold.
Requirements and deposit
The driver must be 21 or older (25 for the Lamborghinis, the Ferraris, the McLaren and the Rolls-Royce), with a valid driver's license, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to a vehicle of this value and a major credit card in their own name. International licenses are accepted with a passport. The deposit is a refundable hold on that card, confirmed in writing before delivery and released after the return inspection.
