How the day works
The day before, we confirm the timeline with the family: the address where she gets ready, the church, the photographs and the salón. On the day, the car arrives detailed and fueled about an hour before she leaves the house. The adult who will drive does a ten-minute walk-around with us and keeps the keys. The car takes her to Mass, then to the photographs and then to the reception, where it stays parked at the entrance for the arrival and the pictures with the court. We collect it from the house or the salón the next morning.
For the photographs, Dallas families tend to choose the same few places: the gardens of the Dallas Arboretum, the skyline from the Trinity Overlook by the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, the lawns of Klyde Warren Park, downtown with Reunion Tower behind, or the Stockyards in Fort Worth. We deliver anywhere in the Metroplex at the same rate: Oak Cliff, Pleasant Grove, Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Arlington, Fort Worth and the suburbs to the north.
Which combination for which quince
- Classic, a big court: the Cullinan for her and two Escalades for the chambelanes and the damas.
- Smaller, family only: the Cullinan and the Maybach for the parents and padrinos.
- A modern theme: the Urus or a Huracán Spyder for the portraits, and an Escalade for the court.
- Keeping to a budget: one Escalade for her and the closest friends; it still looks right in every photograph.
The weekend rate helps: Friday to Sunday is three days and takes about 15% off, which covers the rehearsal, the day and the family lunch on Sunday. See also wedding car rental in Dallas, which works the same way.
What the daily rate includes
Delivery and collection anywhere in Dallas–Fort Worth, including the curb at DFW and Love Field with the flight tracked; insurance on the vehicle; roadside assistance for the whole rental; a daily mileage allowance; and a clean, fueled car with a ten-minute walk-around and photographs at handover. Three days or more take about 15% off the daily rate and a full week close to 30%. Not included: fuel, tolls on the Tollway and the TEXpress lanes, and the refundable security hold.
Requirements and deposit
The driver must be 21 or older (25 for the Lamborghinis, the Ferraris, the McLaren and the Rolls-Royce), with a valid driver's license, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to a vehicle of this value and a major credit card in their own name. International licenses are accepted with a passport. The deposit is a refundable hold on that card, confirmed in writing before delivery and released after the return inspection.
