How a wedding day works with us
The day before, we confirm the timeline with you or with the planner: where the car is delivered, who drives it and where it ends the night. On the day, the car arrives detailed and fueled an hour before it is needed, usually at the hotel where the bride is getting ready: the Adolphus, the Joule, the Crescent, the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek and the Uptown hotels are the usual ones. Whoever drives does a ten-minute walk-around with us, signs, and has the keys. If the photographer wants the car at the venue first, we park it there and hand over the keys on site.
The portraits are where the Cullinan earns its rate. Dallas has three backdrops couples come back to: the gardens at the Dallas Arboretum by White Rock Lake, the Arts District and Klyde Warren Park, and the view of the skyline from the Trinity Overlook by the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Fort Worth adds the Stockyards brick and Sundance Square. We do not need to be there; the car is yours for the day. After the reception we collect it from the venue, the hotel or the after-party address the next morning.
Fort Worth, the suburbs and the ranch venues
Half the weddings we deliver to are not in Dallas proper. The barns and ranches north toward Aubrey, Celina and McKinney, the Grapevine and Southlake estates around Lake Grapevine, and the Fort Worth venues around the Stockyards and the Cultural District are all inside the delivery area, at the same rate. A gravel drive is fine for the Cullinan, the Maybach and the Escalades; the Lamborghinis prefer the paved part of the lot. Which car for which wedding
- Classic, black tie, a hotel ballroom: the Cullinan for the couple and the Maybach for the parents.
- Garden or ranch, a big family: the Cullinan plus one or two Escalades; everybody travels together and the photographs match.
- Modern, a rooftop or the Design District: the Huracán Spyder or the Ferrari 296 GTB ($2,599), and an Escalade for the bridal party.
- Small wedding, two people and a courthouse: the 911 Targa or a white Corvette C8 ($519), roof off for the drive to dinner.
What the daily rate includes
Delivery and collection anywhere in Dallas–Fort Worth, including the curb at DFW and Love Field with the flight tracked; insurance on the vehicle; roadside assistance for the whole rental; a daily mileage allowance; and a clean, fueled car with a ten-minute walk-around and photographs at handover. Three days or more take about 15% off the daily rate and a full week close to 30%. Not included: fuel, tolls on the Tollway and the TEXpress lanes, and the refundable security hold.
Requirements and deposit
The driver must be 21 or older (25 for the Lamborghinis, the Ferraris, the McLaren and the Rolls-Royce), with a valid driver's license, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to a vehicle of this value and a major credit card in their own name. International licenses are accepted with a passport. The deposit is a refundable hold on that card, confirmed in writing before delivery and released after the return inspection.

Is a chauffeur included?
No. These are self-drive rentals: a groomsman, a parent or the couple drives. That is why a wedding day costs the daily rate and not an hourly limousine rate.
How far ahead should we book?
Spring and fall Saturdays in Dallas go two to six weeks ahead for the Cullinan. A deposit is not required to hold a quote; the reservation is confirmed by phone.
Can we keep the car for the whole weekend?
Yes. Friday to Monday is a three-day booking and takes about 15% off the daily rate, which covers the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the send-off brunch.
