McLaren rental prices in Daytona Beach — 2026

Live daily rate, the same as Orlando. The three-day and weekly figures are indicative; the exact quote comes with your dates.

Car Per day 3+ days Per week
2020 McLaren 570S $1,195 ~$1,016 ~$5,856

What the daily rate includes

Delivery and collection anywhere in the Daytona Beach area and curbside at Daytona Beach International (DAB) with your flight tracked. The McLaren drives over from our Orlando base for your dates, so the price is the Orlando price and the hour on I-4 is built into it, not added on top. Insurance on the vehicle and roadside assistance for the whole rental, a daily mileage allowance that covers the beachside, the Ormond Scenic Loop, New Smyrna Beach and a return to Orlando if you want one, a detailed car with a full tank and a ten-minute handover with photographs. Three days or more take about 15% off the daily rate and a full week close to 30%. Fuel, tolls and the refundable security hold are not included, and the hold is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.

The McLaren we deliver to Daytona

2020 McLaren 570S is the purest driver’s car on the Daytona list. A twin-turbo V8 sits right behind the two seats, the chassis is a carbon tub, and the steering talks to you in a way the bigger, heavier exotics do not. The doors open upward, which is the moment everyone in the hotel driveway turns round, and the cabin is narrow and focused rather than plush. It is the car for someone who has been to Daytona to watch racing and now wants to feel some of it on a public road, legally and at a sensible pace.

In practical terms: two seats, a small luggage space under the front lid, a low nose that wants care on steep driveways and speed bumps, and a ride that is firmer than a Ferrari Roma but never harsh on the smooth asphalt of A1A. The handover covers the doors, the drive modes and the nose clearance, and takes ten minutes.

Where the McLaren makes sense in Daytona

  • The Ormond Scenic Loop: this is the road the 570S is made for. Granada Boulevard to John Anderson Drive along the river, back on Old Dixie Highway and Walter Boardman Lane under the oaks.
  • A1A and the beachside: an early-morning run from Ormond Beach to the Ponce Inlet lighthouse, before the traffic and the heat.
  • Speedway weeks: the Rolex 24 in January draws exactly the people who want a McLaren; for the Daytona 500, book it with the hotel.
  • Weddings and photo shoots: the doors up at a venue in Ormond or Ponce Inlet is a picture people keep.
  • The drive from Orlando: I-4 is not the interesting part, so collect it in Daytona and save the miles for the coast.

If you are travelling with more than one passenger, look at the Lamborghini Urus or the Cullinan instead; if you want a similar feeling with the roof off, the Huracán EVO Spyders are the alternative.

Where we deliver a McLaren around Daytona Beach

The beachside hotels and condos on A1A in Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach Shores; Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea to the north; Port Orange and Ponce Inlet to the south; New Smyrna Beach across the inlet; the mainland around the Speedway and One Daytona, the LPGA area and the I-95 hotels; private houses and wedding venues anywhere in between; and curbside at DAB. All of it is inside the rate. We need the address, the time and, for a hotel, the name on the reservation so the valet expects the car.

From Orlando to Daytona and back

Every McLaren on this page lives in our Orlando fleet and comes to Daytona Beach an hour down I-4, which is why there is one price list for both cities. It also opens two useful options. You can collect in Orlando, at your hotel or at MCO, drive to the coast yourself and have us collect in Daytona, or the other way round; one-way between the two is normal use, tell us when you book. And outside the race weeks a same-day delivery is often possible, because the car is an hour away, not a day away. In February and March, when the city fills for Speedweeks and Bike Week, plan two to three weeks ahead; the Daytona 500 and Bike Week page explains how race-week deliveries work.

Requirements and deposit

You must be 25 or older with a valid driver’s licence, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to a vehicle of this value and a major credit card in your own name. International licences are accepted with a passport. The deposit is a refundable hold on the card, taken before delivery and released after the return inspection; the amount depends on the car and is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.

Frequently asked questions about renting a McLaren in Daytona Beach

How much does it cost to rent a McLaren in Daytona Beach?

$1,195 a day for the 2020 McLaren 570S, with delivery anywhere in the Daytona Beach area and curbside at DAB included. Three days or more take about 15% off and a week close to 30%; the price is the Orlando price.

Is the McLaren practical for a Daytona trip?

For two people with soft bags, yes: there is a small luggage space under the front lid and a shelf behind the seats. For four people or golf clubs, the Urus or a Cullinan is the better choice.

Do the dihedral doors work in a hotel garage?

Yes. They open up and slightly out, so they need less side room than a long conventional door. The valet ramps at the beachside hotels are fine; we point out the steep ones at handover.

Can I bring the McLaren to the Speedway during race week?

To your hotel the day before and then to the paved lots. It is a low car, so the grass lots are not for it. Book two to three weeks ahead for the Rolex 24 and Speedweeks.

What do I need to rent the McLaren?

25 or older, a valid licence, full-coverage insurance that extends to a car of this value and a credit card in your name for the refundable hold.
