Graduation at UT is a family weekend with six people, two hotels and a lot of luggage, and the airport counter rarely has a seven-seater when you need it. We deliver the 2023 Cadillac Escalade or the 2024 BMW X5 M60i to the arrivals curb at AUS when the family lands, and collect it at departures on Sunday. And for the graduate, the 2022 Corvette C8 for the weekend is the present that gets photographed in front of the Tower. Call or text (512) 851-0490 with the flight.

The family cars
Seven with bags: the 2023 Cadillac Escalade ($459/day) is the value pick and the one we book most for graduations; the 2026 Cadillac Escalade is the newer cabin. Five: the 2024 BMW X5 M60i ($589), the 2023 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG or the 2024 Mercedes GLE 63S. Seven and it is the once-in-a-lifetime: the 2020 Mercedes GLS600 Maybach ($1,299), with the two rear seats that recline for the grandparents. The present: the 2022 Corvette C8 at $599, or the 2021 Porsche 911 Targa for the graduate who earned it.

How the weekend works
- The family lands Thursday or Friday. The car is at the arrivals curb with the flight tracked; ten minutes and you are on 71 heading to the hotel.
- Commencement on campus, dinner on South Congress or at the Domain, the photos at the Tower and the Capitol.
- Sunday we meet you at the departures curb, or collect at the hotel.
Campus, parking and the drive
Graduation weekend fills the garages around the Tower, DKR Stadium and Guadalupe; arrive early for the ceremony or park at the hotel and drive in before the closures. The Escalade and the X5 fit the campus garages. Between the ceremonies, the Pennybacker Bridge, Barton Springs and Zilker are fifteen minutes away, and the Hill Country wineries an hour; the Hill Country drives guide has the routes. The SUV Austin page has every SUV in the fleet and the airport page the curbside detail.
The other UT weeks
Move-in in August, when the pickups and the SUVs go out for a week; family weekend in the fall; the Longhorns home Saturdays, with the game-day guide; and spring graduation in May, the busiest of all. Book when the flights are booked.
Requirements and deposit
21 or older (25 for the Lamborghinis, the Ferraris, the McLaren and the Rolls-Royce), a valid driver's license, proof of full-coverage insurance that extends to a vehicle of this value and a major credit card in your own name. International licenses are accepted with a passport. The deposit is a refundable hold, confirmed in writing before delivery and released after the return inspection.
